I used dough setting. After cycle, I remove dough, punched down and shaped into a rectangle. I brushed lightly with water (mist works) and sprinkled on cinnamon sugar mix. Rolled dough from short side. Pinched seams and ends. Placed back in bread pan and put pan back in machine to rise. About one hour rise time for me and then I selected bake setting. Your rise time may vary, depending on your machine and kitchen temperature. My bake setting was 55 minutes. Yours may vary.
