Roast my trebuchet

For context:

Since January, I've only been playing basketball around 2-3 times a week for an hour just doing casual shooting - 5 shots close to the basket > 10 free throw makes > 10 makes from both elbows > at least 5 three point shots (2 corners and the other 3 spaced out) > then I just do whatever I feel like from dribbling, shooting, layups with both hands to fill out the rest of the hour.

I don't really play pickup or indoor at all. Should I take the time to correct my form or is it not really worth it for my casual basketball activity?
