30s Couple, looking for M

My wife and I are entertaining the idea of her hanging out with another guy. What 'hanging out' means exactly is a little vague, as she's a little unsure of how she will feel about the situation until it's presented to her. Obviously it will depend on the potential guy. Ideally you guys will get along -- socially at first -- and things can advance intimately. Whether or not I'd be part of that is not really clear just yet, we're just looking to find a guy first and go from there.
Preferred guy:
- Late 20s - early 40s
- Chill, intelligent, easygoing
- Low expectations -- don't come into this expecting sex, at the least you'll hang out with a cute girl and go from there.
- DDF -- bonus points if you're willing to provide a recent STI result.
- Preferably somewhat attractive -- you don't have to be a model, but it wouldn't hurt if you're decent looking. She isn't however into the typical tradie type of guy (heaps of tats, etc)
- Unmarried unless you're in an open relationship -- we don't want any drama or sneaking around

- Early 30s
- Japanese background but speaks fluent English
- Loves hiking, thrift shopping, good food and drinks
- Attractive (at least in my eyes!) with a great body
