Is this normal or a production error?

Bought the DS definitive edition and the back of Record 1 looks like this with the label off center. Are they all like this or is this a factory issue?

I know it's short notice, but the folks I gave them to backed out last minute. I'd rather they go to someone who likes the band or concerts rather than go to waste. Show's at 7:30.
