Considering Kobo vs Kindle for niece. How easy and straightforward is Libby integration? (and series stacking question)

Hi everyone, our niece's birthday is coming up and we are considering getting her an e reader. She has mentioned wanting a Kindle, and I have no objections to getting her a kindle, it's what I have myself.

One big reason to prefer the kindle is the brand name. For an immigrant kid, brand names are not expected, so when received it makes a huge difference. As such, Kobo would have to have significant reasons to prefer it

My main question is, since she's 13, she's going to be using this mostly for Libby than buying books.

On my Kindle I can check out books on Libby and with a single click send them to my Kindle. Given the dozen library cards we have access to because of reciprocity, it's also important to have it handle multiple libraries.

But I only find options in Libby to send to Kindle, not to any other readers. How simple is using Libby on Kobo? Can it interface through your phone? Or do you need a computer to do it?

I also plan to side load whatever we get her with a ton of books, particularly series. Amazon-purchasedd books will auto stack themselves by series on your shelf so they don't take up a ton of screen space on Kindle, but side loaded books cannot do this. Is this possible to do on Kobo?

Thank you all for your expertise
