I had the Mumford procedure done six weeks ago and also shaving of another bone in there. I wake up in absolutely excruciating pain every morning and it takes about an hour for it to calm down. I packed my shoulder and ice and sometimes I try heat, but it seriously takes an hour for it to calm down. Anybody had the same issue and have recommendations? I have my final appointment with my doc tomorrow and he just says ice it🙄
