Am I mad for no reason?

So we went to pay a bill today and pulled out cash. As we were handing over the money I was looking at the bills and I saw this. I told my husband to go pull out another hundred and that I wanted to keep it and he said no and we didn’t have time blah blah blah. How mad should I be or am I mad for no reason?

What about this one? I try to look at my dollars at the end of my shift to see if I find anything that sticks out, but I don’t know a whole lot about the cool money game.
