I found these at Walmart.

Yes they have 1g a carbs per serving but they taste amazing. They’re Celsius live fit hydration packets. I paid just under 12 bucks for 12. I drink 2 a day magnesium 65mg per serving potassium 700mg per serving. They’re like a sweet treat because they’re so good. I got the strawberry watermelon ones. I know they only equal about 30% of my daily needs.

So I gained two pounds, I assume it’s water.

I haven’t left ketosis and eat at a deficit. The only thing that changed was eating 0 net carb bread from Lewis and 3-4 diet sodas throughout the week. I drank them different days. So I will eliminate those again and see if I’m back on track. I know they’re 0 carb, 0 added sugar items. Do you think something in diet sodas or that bread, would have your body start storing water again?

My understanding is that this process isn’t efficient at all. Why would my body waste time doing that, when I have plenty of fat to burn? Wouldn’t this be more of a risk for people with leaner body mass? Because they don’t have as much fat to burn the body would be forced to convert protein to glucose. Or is my thinking wrong?

First I wanna ask has anyone used this and is it accurate? What prompted me is all the people saying this throws me out ketosis or this. Now I have a way to see what affects me for sure, hopefully? I just wanna test 0 carb tortillas and zero sugar drinks and sugar free stuff. I wanna know if these things have any affect on my blood sugar or ketosis.

I’m going back to xros. I bought this dot pod max. The coils last maybe 2 days and it burns through salt nic. I never had this issue with my xros. Dotmod is a cool company, they make solid devices. But these coils suck and the mod burns through too much juice. It’s not for me.

I started this crazy adventure without a lot of research. What happened was I attempted a 5 day fast. I made it 3 & 1/2 days before I caved and drank beef broth. I was feeling dizzy and just not feeling right. I waited until day 4 to eat. I started out with a hard boiled egg, then waited a couple hours and ate half an avocado, then 30 minutes ate the other half, then that night ate a leg and some of the breast of a rotisserie chicken. I decided that I didn’t want to mess up my progress, I had lost 8 pounds. So I decided to switch to keto and keep my body in fat burning mode. I also decided to do omad one meal a day. So far so good. It’s now been two weeks and I’ve lost 22 pounds. I am 6’2” weighed 268 when starting, I’m now 246. I’m glad I fasted because that taught my body is a damn liar lol. I don’t need the calories it thinks I do.

My question is this. I rarely get hungry now, my body doesn’t seem to send any signals. Is that normal? The only time I feel a little hunger is around my eating window. So is there any pitfalls I should avoid? I know most of the “keto” wraps in the store are too many carbs for me to justify in my budget. Are there more products I should be weary of?
