Anyone else have issues tapering while also taking hormones? I’m in perimenopause and taking Biest and progesterone and testosterone. It’s been going great, but since starting the taper I have started spotting and bleeding for days and weeks at a time. My Dr told me to take more progesterone and wasn’t very helpful. I had an ultrasound last year that showed no issues with fibroids or anything. I feel awful. Like the flu x 10. And I’m only down about 25% of my Effexor dose after two months of slowly counting and removing beads. It makes me want to just go back on my full dose but I know I’ll be mad at myself. I’ve been on Effexor 6 years. Thx for listening. I’m struggling.
