Needing a new start

I (35f) and my husband (37m) want to be anywhere else. He has 18yrs and a degree in Mechanical engineering and just took a job as a MechE PM he also would like to get his masters in Aero. I run a nonprofit in emergency management helping people with wildfires. I would love to finish any degree, I got most of the way through MechE but just hated it. Unfortunately his family came to the USA in the Mayflower days, and my family's immigration was great grandparents on both sides so descent is not an option. We have a good nest egg and we can sell our house or rent it for income. What country would help us get outta dodge fastest but would be a wonderful place to spend the rest of our lives. We have considered Italy, NZ, Denmark, and Canada. Please let me know what you think. Thank you for any advice

Young and over it

Hi everyone,

Long time reader first time poster. I am 35 and I'm in the full throws of the change. I started feeling off in my late 20s and honestly thought I had Lupus. At 32 I got a hysterectomy because she was FULL of fibroids 2 large and my doctor guess about 100 tiny ones. After surgery and my body started feeling better and I was optimistic. Then my overies said umm nvm. I tried the patch but I'm allergic to adhesive. Next I tried a compounded bhrt pill which was great for most of a year, but what I assume was a bad batch and months of migraines I gave up. Next was divigel but I didn't absorb anything. I'm trying Evamist next but I don't have high hopes. I guess I am just mourning my youth because I feel cheated. My poor hubby has been a saint and very supportive but I see him worrying about me. Can someone please reassure me I won't feel like this forever? If you have any suggestions for weight loss (not the new drug), hair loss ( safe for a cat lady) or just any advice at all please feel free to share it. Thank you for your help.

Edit: I also wanted to ask if anyone else has dealt with doctors being very dismissive of blood work? I always get my hormones checked in the same part of my cycle and they are constantly low when I feel awful and better during the brief times I had good levels. I know they can very daily but I feel like the consistency should be good data for them but one doctor rolled her eyes at me
