My GP says that i have to wait for an appointment to pain management (2 years waiting list) to get my diagnosis. Another doctor offhandedly mentioned a neurologist s some points but didn't talk much more after that.

Do i need to go back and as for an appointment with a neurologist?

It's been 6 months of waiting and the pain has been kicking my ass. my GP also says they're not allowed to prescribe strong painkillers to young people, so i'm stuck taking Naproxen, which only makes a small dent in it, and he wants to reduce.

I've had to take to buying Codine from different pharmacies to make life even a bit tolerable.

God bless the NHS but this is a right polava.
