Hi everyone!

We’ve been trying to find unions that represent MRI technologists or diagnostic imaging staff, but it’s been surprisingly difficult to figure out where imaging techs fall.

A big reason we’re looking is workplace safety. MRI rooms can already be high-risk environments, and incidents involving assaults/unsafe situations in the MRI suite have made us realize how little protection and support many techs have.

Does anyone here belong to a union that represents MRI techs, radiologic technologists, or diagnostic imaging staff? Any direction would really help.
