Hello, I'm new to 3 d printers and the Tronxy x-y3 pro being my first venture... So for about two weeks I've been getting mixed results, some quite positive especially with different filiments.
So today, I set a print going with carbon Petg and followinga few successful prints, I left it unattended..... After about 3 hours I checked the printer to find, the masking tape shredded and the biggest ball of molten plastic wrapped around the print head.
It was after clearing away the wreckage and trying to reset the printer, the print head showed -15 and reset every time I tried to either pre heat the nozzle or tried to print. Wether I've damaged something, when trying to clear away the wreckage, I don't know, but I'm gonna buy a new hot end set up and try that... fingers crossed
