Hi. Please help me.

I'm going to conduct a research needed in school and my target respondents should be employees working in private companies in metro manila. The survey will be through google forms. My question is, do you guys have tips how I will gather respondents smoothly and much easier. Or do you experience with this like am I allowed to contact the companies for this? Aside from posting on fb groups. Thank you
