Rare 1940 Hebrew Massive Scientific Textbook – Original Educational Manuscript from Pre-State Israel

I recently came across a Hebrew scientific/educational book dated 1940, written by an educator for his students. 235 pages in total.

What makes it unusual is the date, original Hebrew educational context, and the apparent scientific/academic nature of the material. It was created during the British Mandate period, before the establishment of the State of Israel, and appears to be an authentic period educational work rather than a later publication.

I’m trying to determine how rare and historically significant this book is, and whether there might be collectors, historians, or institutions interested in acquiring it.
