I have waited 45+ days for a refund sent to a CLOSED card. My bank confirmed it's not there. You’ve now seized my remaining balance. Support is ignoring my formal demand.

I am writing to issue a formal final demand regarding the refund of $2821.58 (ARN: attached in pdf ) allegedly processed on 15 March 2026 or around this time as this was the first email notofiying me of a refund, and the subsequent illegal seizure of my remaining account balance.

  1. The Failed Refund to a Closed Account

It has been over 45 days since you claimed to have sent these funds. My bank (Revolut) has officially confirmed that the account associated with that card is CLOSED. They have performed a manual search of their internal suspense accounts and have no record of these funds. Because the account is closed, the banking system will have automatically "reverted" or bounced these funds back to your payment processor.

  1. The 90-Day vs. 60-Day "Trap"

You continue to insist I wait 90 days for a refund that my bank has already confirmed does not exist. I am fully aware of the contradiction in your terms: you instruct customers to wait 90 days, yet your internal policies often state that you will not review or investigate refund claims older than 60 days. I view this 90-day "wait period" as a bad-faith stalling tactic.

  1. Illegal Seizure of My Active Balance

Furthermore, you have seized my remaining account balance and closed my ACR account under the false claim that I "owe" you for the refund amount. You have taken my active balance as collateral for a refund that has likely already returned to your possession.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESCALATE TO AUTHORITIES:

If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be taking the following actions:

Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) & Action Fraud (UK): I will be filing a formal report regarding the illegal withholding and seizure of my funds. I will be naming your payment processors in this report to trigger an investigation into the "suspense" of these funds.

eCOGRA / Gaming Authorities: I will be filing a formal dispute with international gaming auditors regarding your predatory refund timelines and the seizure of player funds without proof of debt. Public Exposure: I will post a full timeline of this incident, including the ARNs provided and your refusal to cooperate, on the TwoPlusTwo (2+2) Poker Forums and Reddit, alerting the community to your "90-day" policy used to trap funds from closed bank accounts.

MY DEMANDS:

CEASE all attempts to refund the closed Revolut card.

RECONCILE your returned transactions log immediately to locate the reverted £2,500.

SETTLE the total amount (Refund + Seized Balance) via Cryptocurrency (Litecoin/Bitcoin) immediately.

I await your immediate response before I proceed with formal reporting.
