I'm level 21, and I tried to start the Freestar questline. I talked to Emma to start the questline, and she instructed me to choose a profession at this terminal to evaluate me. No profession is listed. I read some suggestions online, dismissed all followers, left the Cheyenne system, and waited 48 hours in-game to return, and even then the quest board remains blank. I restored the save (as far as I could), and nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it's still blank (I can't advance in the questline). Has anyone found a solution? Is this an old problem?
Where do I report this to Bethesda?
