My doctor had me take Letrozole 10 mg from cd 3-7. She also had me take 125 IU of Gonal-F from cd 2-6 300 IU on cd 7 and 75 IU of Menopur from cd 4-6. The only monitoring they are doing is one lab. I’m extremely nervous. Aren’t there risks for this level of treatment especially without monitoring? It’s supposed to be a timed intercourse cycle. When I did three rounds of ivf we ended with 0 blasts every time and every single Letrozole round I did was a bust. They originally wanted me to trigger but I am not doing it without a monitoring scan. Would I even ovulate without it?
I’m sorry but this really gave me the ick. She said the child is abused which I get the feelings and something should be done about it for the child’s sake, but to agree with an innocent child being called a bastard is terrible.
