what's the most difficult part of building a startup - Ideation & fine tuning, design, build & ship, grow & measure, scale and expand. I am finding the hard way its grow and measure.

what is everyone's thought on building something for corporates to list out the paths they dint take to stay on the original mission values. A soap company whose initial mantra was only handmade, not taking the path of mass production in factory to reduce cost and boost profits
