I hate Pick 12
What is the move with drafting a team from the end of the draft in a 9CAT league? Every single mock draft I do or have seen so far, the projected standings seem to heavily dislike any of the teams drafted with a late pick (pick 12 in my/many cases). I always see and end up with Hali/Durant/Barnes as options and they are all so boring. Personally for me I just hate the idea of a punt points build which is effectively what the last pick is stuck with by going down a path with the likes of Hali/JJ/Barnes. I also just don't really like the other guys around the spot, I think Maxey will regress, I don't love D Mitch and overall it seems like such a disadvantage compared to higher draft picks, more than I've seen over previous seasons. I feel as well by the time the third round comes around you're almost forced to have to grab a center like Kessler/Holmgren/Clingan/Okongwu with one of the picks on the turn because by the time the round 5 pick comes around there is viable big men left. For anyone drafting at the end of their draft around the turn, or for anyone who has already drafted from this position, what did you guys do? Who were the value guys you liked and who did you grab you were stoked with, any pairings or unique builds you liked, because at this point I am generally considering taking Reaves with one of my first two picks!
