1. Filler episode idea Divi’s teenage era ~ Madhu and Arjun helping her explore her style: clothes, makeup, haircuts, etc. + Arjun taking her shopping and realizing how expensive teenage girls are 😂. I really want more of the Arjun–Divi dynamic because it’s been a while, and I want him to call out her moody teenage behaviour too.

2. Arjun as an intern under Reena plus the whole intern gang’s reaction to OG Radhi and Arjun.

3. Family moments : Anu meeting Radhi for the first time, a blended-family dinner, and a chaotic family movie night where everyone fights over what to watch.

4. Arjun & Reena moments : exchanging glances across the hospital and reacting to each other’s new looks. 🫣

5. Arjun & Reena’s wedding — maybe? 🥹 With past characters cameo + dance sequence

6. Hospital camp in Bangalore these are Heartbeat S3 Moments I Want to See 🫶🏻 aka My Wishlist

First time commenting here, so bear with me :(

I was rewatching some eps of Season 1 yesterday and then I went straight to Season 2, specifically the Guna and Anitha episode where they reveal their relationship (I think it’s Episode 4?).

And it got me thinking about heartbeat whole night..I have a few theories

1. What if Arjun and Madhu do their internship at AM Hospital in Bangalore? I don't think this would happen immediately, but maybe somewhere down the line in distant future. What if Arjun has to do his internship under Reena?

2. What if they all meet at a hospital camp/conference? ( Because i saw an interview where the writer wanted to write about camp last season)

Maybe there’s some kind of medical camp or conference in Bangalore where Arjun, Madhu and Reena all end up meeting. That could be a nice midpoint for their stories to connect.

3. And now for my slightly unhinged theory 💀 What if the “A” in AM Hospital stands for Anu? What if Anu’s dad actually owns the hospital? 😭
