I listened to 4th wing on audible. I loved it. Little cringey (idk if book is as cringey without voice actors) at times, but loved it. Xaden voice was on point. I have no frame of reference other than this. I’ve wanted to start reading again, but finding time with kids has been hard. But I’m Going on vacay without my kids where I can pick up an actual book!! Send me some ideas for a juicy, fun, light beach read. I loved that 4th wing had a lot of adventure and fantasy elements plus the romance.

I’m a busy mom who has zero time to read. But I’ve wanted to get into reading again. I actually listened to the 4th wing series on audible just because finding time to grab the actualy book has been hard. I loved this story. It was engrossing. Don’t hate me I know people find it overhyped, but I loved it because I have zero frame of reference and it was such an escape. Although the characters skew little young for me. Loved the dragons. The romance didn’t hurt too. I’m going on my first trip without kids and will be able to read!! give me a juicy beach read. I love fantasy, dystopian elements and adventure. Romance doesn’t hurt if it it’s added in too.
