Ran for 40 minutes 🥳
As the post says, this is the longest run I've done so far, and I'm only going for more.
I'm only really looking for two things: how in the world do I fight the boredom? I run with music, but it feels so slow. I'm enjoying myself, but I can't help but think, "Jeez, I have another 20 minutes," and "It's only been 22 minutes."
Secondly, any tips and tricks? My Garmin watch says I have a VO² max of 60, which I'm not too sure about, and a resting HR of 42, which suggests that I'm fit. Regardless, this is still really hard, and I'd love to hear stuff that may have helped others.
