hi, i am having some trouble opening the anki app - a terminal message pops up saying "“launcher” can’t be opened because (null) is not allowed to open documents in Terminal"

until about 4am ystd the app was working perfectly fine but suddenly this morning it does not open - can someone pls help me out, having my exams soon
