Title says it. These things are the absolute worse. What am I doing to myself? For what? I am sick and tired of craving a little wintergreen packet and sucking on it for an hour only to crave another one an hour later. I keep telling myself I am about to quit but have only been able to ween down to 3-4 3 mg pouches/ day. I am ready to pull the plug and let my body and mind clear this drug.
