I am a Neuroscience and Economics double major from a non-target school in the US (cum gpa 3.6). I had always thought that I wanted to go to grad school for Cog Neuro so my summers (including this summer before my senior year) have been spent on doing Psych/Neuro research.

Because I've sort of limited myself to that space, I haven't necessarily upped my game for being job application ready and breaking into the field. That being said, I have always been so fascinated by the work that they do and the work culture at MBB and would love to ultimately to work there.

I know that the applications for full time roles next summer has already opened so:

What should I be doing as of now/this summer? How do I get referrals? Please let me know! Would really appreciate it!
