Another week off work sick and feeling like absolute rubbish and stressing about my sickness record

Just done my 4th jab and super happy with my loss so far but still a long way to go

Just finished my first week on 2.5 and 11 pounds down!
I had a pretty big starting weight of 22 stone.
I can't believe how this pen has changed the way I think about eating and myself in general.
So here's to week 2 🤣
