I've watched this anime years ago and recently started remembering snippets about it. I can remember that the protagonist being a teen, highschooler or something. I think it was a fantasy setting or more of a futuristic fantasy setting. Anyway the protag has like a little goddess that 'sleeps' in this shoulder pad thing and he has this ability where he could like power up other people. It looked like this giant cable plug. It's been a really long time ago but any help is appreciated.
