Unfortunately I don’t have a photo nor video because it’s too small my phone refused to focus on it…

But, it’s kind of around the size of a newborn shrimp if not smaller, and it kinda looks like one too, but it had a split tail like a snake tongue and it moved very twitchy but not like a copepod, it rather twitches and rotates in all different directions??? Anyway does anyone have a guess of what it is?
