I am an Ayurveda Physician (BAMS), currently researching ancient Ayurvedic Sanskrit text translations
During our college years of BAMS, we have always been aware that the regional languages (marathi, malyalam, Hindi) translations of these Sanskrit Ayurvedic texts have been so much more informational than the English ones.
My question for all those who studied Ayurveda in countries other than India, which books and resources did you refer to? I’m looking for the best in-depth English texts that are available on general Ayurveda.
