I’m 5’7 170 lbs and I tried to start with the hourglass challenge but that was too hard for me, so I switched to her 2025 weight loss challenge, that’s going well but what workouts should I do next? I’m a beginner but I want to lose weight first and then get a flat tummy and hourglass figure.
