After lot of effort I have shortlisted 2 projects both in East Bangalore. However I am not sure which one to pick
DSR The courtyard : 3bhk unit, gunjur palya area, area seems good as lot of new projects are coming up near by. The project is of 2.72 acre, decent amneties, however the unit size is 1680 which is oversized for me. And hence budget is exceeding by 15-20Lac.
SSVR Niyaara: 3bhk, 1500 sqft, varthur area. 1km inside from varthur-sarjapur road. 4.8 acre project. Right sized floor plan for me
I am confused because:
Ssvr provides more amenities, larger land Parcel, price is within my budget
DSR has the brand name and expecting the construction quality to be better than ssvr. Also dsr has High rise experience but ssvr doesn't have
Location of ssvr feels crowded and very localized whereas dsr has all societies and apartments which feels a bit upgraded surroundings than ssvr
