Wood oiling?

Hi! One of my biweekly clients has asked me to oil two pieces of older wood furniture, but I'm not sure what wood oil/ product to use.. Not sure what kind of wood the desk is but he did say the top part of the table is redwood and the bottom is manzanita. Also, the wood is sealed on the furniture except for the bottom part of the table. Can I wood oil the raw manzanita and if so, is there any special method or tool I should use? I'm in the US, so please only offer solutions I would be able to get here and preferably within the next 5 days. TIA

Also while I'm already posting, I was interested in trying a new floor cleaner (my clients have the whole range of flooring- tile, wood, LVP- if that helps and I was wanting something I could potentially use at all of their houses). I was thinking about Zep's PH Neutral Floor Cleaner, so if there is anyone who has an opinion/experience with this or has another recommendation please lmk!
