Hello, I've been doing research on proper care for a corn snake since I'm considering getting a corn snake to care for. However, there is one big thing that's holding me off. Due to my current living situation, I have to leave my house for the summer (it's only rented for ~9 months). Since I live on an island, it's about 4 hours with a boat from the house I stay in for summer. Ive done some research about transportation (Snake bags, pillow cases, heat pads etc) but almost everything I look up is about car trips, my question is will should I get a snake or will the 2 boat trips per year be too stressful and dangerous for it?
