Any chance Fatty Liver causes PCOS? Anyone who treated their liver first instead of PCOS and got their cycles back?

I am specially looking into Milk thistle supplements. I am wondering if milk thistle will help my liver work better that would somehow regulate my cycles on it's own.

Wanna know if somebody took milk thistle for pcos alone, and saw improvements. If yes, what improvements did you see, and for how long.
