How hard is it to apply for a clinic assistant part time job? I have been sending application for it but no one had yet to respond to my email nor the platform i used.

Is it because i am a student, many applicants or are they looking for females instead? I thought studying something related to healthcare would be an advantage, but it doesn’t seem to be.
