Recreated my S13 Frost build, Ice Crack Blades and Frigid Hydra, which I got up to PIT 127 and done all S13 challenges (including T12 Meph and Lilith).

For S14 seems to be bit weaker (dmg) but still strong enough. So far done Pit118, T10 Mephisto and viable to do most of T12 activities with only one Mythic Unique (Esu's Heirloom boots) and Unique Pants IceHeart Brais equipped so far, Paragon 240, Glifs 100+.

Tried my setup after latest patch, basically nothing changed or it's even worse. Staggering PIT's Guardians is glitchy as Hell.

Dmg vs certain enemies like helltide/legion towers or balista is very low.

Some enemies or object cannot be attacked by conjuractions, like siege priest boss Ludea, Habringer Prison or quest's included obcjects with scaled HP, required to destroy to progress. And it's annoying as hell while I haven't another source of viable dmg besides conjuctors.

Tested also Bathed in Flame Hydra, it's amazing to luring groups of enemies into burning ring but it's like 20-25 PITs weaker than frost variant and conjuractors burnings seems to not triggering Flame Wall ecnhacment or on very low rate.

Behemoth seems to be bit stronger, but main issue is flame Ice Blade, which comsume 5 mana per hit and should be perfect for summon enchacments Hydras but unfortunately it not count's towards comsume mana mechanics. Also Hydra Cooldown Reduction is barely efficient or not working at all besides Frost one.
