Are they worth it?

Hi,

I'm considering buying a pair of the Gaucho Crazy Horse 8 Eye Zip Derby Boots.

My criteria is what you'd expect - I want them to last potentially, for a very long time with enough care, maintenance and replacement when parts get worn down.

£189 is a lot of money (for me) to spend on shoes and nearly every post on here recently includes information that this brand is not worth the money anymore.

Is this some form of bias or is the consensus that buying this brand for longevity is no longer feasible?

Thank you in advance!

Wait...do you guys actually NOT like Heinrix?

He is the perfect embodiment of what The Inquisition represents and a brilliant character.
I'm only a bit through Footfall and was so happy when he joined the team again.
...I might actually be a little in love with his steely gaze.

Why does he get all the hate?

Each of the primarchs seems to have an innate talent or peculiarity at benefit to the Imperium.

Roberte was naturally, a brilliant tactician.

Dorn was a builder.

Russ was a savage warrior.

Alpharius defaults to subterfuge instinctively.

Lorgar seems to be innately devout and finds immense comfort in faith.

Although this is stoked by his home planet and company, it seems odd that the Emperor would genetically bake this in, given his own creed to free mankind from worship.

So was Lorgar originally intended to be a diplomat? Or rule over the hearts of mankind?

I don’t fully understand why his unique trait would have been chosen for him.
