Looking for genuine insights into this. We are a couple in early 30s and looking to get married. Now, I belong to general caste while she belongs to scheduled caste. We are both from well to do families and financially well off. After letting our parents know about each other, they are open to it but want us to consider various societal issues. Now, I haven't really lived in Odisha for very long before. Moved here last year as I can do WFH now and parents are old.I haven't had a lot of interaction with people apart from the odd ceremony or marriage. Can people who have been in such a situation give me some insights about the various issues that we can face?
