Advice on a tech startup
For years ive been designing this tech company, I recently decided to pull the trigger, and start building it, this is a "creativity platform" management platform. I built a soft beta, and im now looking at it all, and realizing that if I want to scale this to its matured state, I need funding, I need clientele, I know consumers will love it, and I know clientele will love it, but I don't know how to find funding for growth, I dont know how to orchestrate an expansion, and overhaul data centers. How to market, find customers. How to hire people that know what they're doing, i never went to school, most of my jobs have been customer service or factory work, I just had a thought out design, and when I put pressure on it, I realised not only does it work, it works significantly better than I expected. Just as an example, it could take the worlds nearly 10k data centers, and turn it into less than 100, and thats very conservative estimates. And thats just 1 angle of the company, I have multiple revolutionary designs that makeup the corner stones of this platform, and I don't even know what I should be patenting, and what I should just keep as a trade secret. There's so many questions, and I'm afraid if I move forward at full speed, then I risk making easily avoidable mistakes because I'm ignorant in the field, and if theres one thing I know, first impressions matter. And if I want to swim and not sink, I need to know what I'm doing and move with purpose, so i came on here, and ill go to other platforms, to solicite advice before I keep moving forward
