Hello! I need some tips on how to set my study schedule (I'm graduating and have nothing to do, currently doing coursera and want to refactor projects soon). I usually sleep at around 11/12PM and wake up at 7-9AM. Despite getting enough sleep, I still feel very sleepy.
I initially planned on studying/coding at 9AM. Sometimes, I am able to commit, sometimes I don't because of the heat. I often study for a few minutes but see myself laying on the floor to cool down. Then minutes of laying down turns to hours 💀. Temperatures go as high as 40 C and I literally feel like I'm melting. I tried showering and drinking iced coffee to feel energized but it only works for a few minutes/hour. Temperature gets way worse in the afternoon.
Anyone here who has tips to still study despite all this? Anyone living in a really hot and humid country? Whats your study sched like?
