I have an outdoor sauna and am getting an outdoor cold plunge.

I don't, however, have an outdoor shower.

Curious whether, when doing both sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy, they go inside and rinse off before going from the sauna to the cold plunge, or whether they just go into the cold plunge all sweaty....and if the latter, what that does the water.
