Hi everyone, I have been practicing clean n press for a few months with great results, either in mindset, body form and strenght. However, as a result both my forearms developed some sort of skin rash - is this due to poor technique? Has this happened to others? It looks pretty bad
Shoutout to The Giant programme from Geoff Neupert that did open a world to me. I can now happily c&p the 24s. Now carefully approaching Levi Markwardt’s styles.
