Has anyone ever had their officer submit an ankle monitor removal to judge. Is there any reason why this would take over two months ?
For example, if an officer said they submitted your ankle monitor for removal in February and it is now the end of April. Is this normal for it to take that long ? Or is the officer being untruthful?
