I got this gift bag almost 20 years ago when I was a child living in Gaza. I've kept what's left of it all this time.

Inside were some small stationery items and a handwritten note from Japan. I don't remember the bag itself being handmade—it was more like a goodie bag.

The note is in Japanese (see the photo). I don't know who wrote it or which organization sent it. I think it came through school or UNRWA sometime between 2004 and 2008.

I'm posting here because I'd really love to find the person who wrote this note. I want to thank them. It meant a lot to me back then, and it still does.

Does anyone recognize the handwriting or the items in the photo? Or know of a Japanese group that sent gift bags to Gaza around that time?

I know it's a long shot, but I figured this was the best place to ask.
