Chewy on the inside, perfectly glossy and blistered on the outside. Experimented with a few different toppings today: sesame, nigella seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Naturally, I couldn't resist slicing one open immediately for a warm breakfast sandwich. Sourdough bagels hit differently!
