In my school, we originally was told to take home books, read them fully, and then take a quiz on an app called educated reader [i think]. It was Like 5 ish questions per book. And it was really good, recently, we got moved to sparx, wich is stressful to me because I like to read all the way through in like a few sittings. Like i would read for hours then not read for a day or 2, but as we know, sparks stops you like every 10 sentences or something. You also cannot choose books, so I'm forced to read [imo] shitty books I'm not Into while my flow is getting stopped, wich irritates me further, and actually makes me remember less as I'm focused on how bloody annoying it is instead of actually enjoying the books. On top of that, I have found that points are extremely hard to get, making me want to read even less. Genuinely horrid. Also, to my knowledge, it apparently uses AI so ew XD
