Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to bring more intentionality (which I feel is a big part of cottagcore) into my life by batch-replying to all my texts in the evening. It helps, but I still hate that "stuck to a screen" feeling.

I’m dreaming of a way to reply to messages that feels more like sitting down at a bureau with a quill and ink. I’ve thought about using a mechanical keyboard to get that typewriter "click-clack," or writing on a tablet, but the screen still feels so...ugh.

Does anyone have a "low-tech" way to do digital communication? i thought of those e-ink tablets/pens but I'd have to upload that then paste it into my chats to reply which feels a bit much. I’d love to hear how you keep your digital life feeling cozy and analog.

My work has me on a laptop all day and I really don't want to extend the screentime to my off hours! But I also love to keep in touch with friends and family in a way that doesn't take three business days!
