Not too much I've seen online about the subject, some say its possible and some don't even bring up the possibility of doing so. Has anyone had any expirience in this? Can it be done?

And on another line, if its not safe to do, is it ok to then have the two females in separate enclosures and have the male rotate? Any advice welcome, thanks in advance!

Hi there! Very excited to be getting my own EBDG's, and I'm in the process of purchasing everything i need for my bioactive setup. I've never personally done bioactive but I've been making sure to do plenty of research on how to succeed, however for this species I'm a bit lost in the weeds

They'll be kept (pair) in an 18×18×24, and I'm for sure going to be adding a drainage layer (good for the plants I'm planning) but I'm wondering if there's any guides for how deep i should make the substrate/drainage layers for this specific species? Also I'm heavily considering buying substrate from the bio dude as I'm a bit afraid to make my own mix and potentially mess it up (although if anyone has any tried and true dirt recipes I won't turn my nose up at it) so if anyone has recs for which one to get I'd appreciate it! (I'm thinking terra fauna?)

If it matters for anything, I do plan to add powder blues and dwarf white along with springtails, so I'd want the substrate deep enough so they wouldn't feel cramped and start to compete with each other. Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
