How many of you wrap your hands?

Been training close to 1 year now. I rarely see people in my class wrap their hands. Maybe 5/30 wrap their hands. I've been doing it since day 1 cause it feels better on my wrists. Just curious, how many of your wrap your hands?

I'm 32 and don't recover as fast as I used to. I train minimum 1x a week, but often times on my second training day I debate whether to rest or go train. My wrists are sore, ankle is sore, sometimes forearms are sore too. Its tough balancing lifting days and MT. Anybody 30+ face this delimma? Do you guys still train when your joints are sore?
